ECO-GYM ROLL is a sports flooring made from recycled SBR rubber, supplied in rolls to create continuous surfaces in fitness facilities. Its width of 1,250 mm reduces the number of seams compared to modular flooring, resulting in a uniform surface ideal for functional training, warm-up, mobility, bodyweight exercises, and other training areas. It is available in thicknesses of 6, 8, and 10 mm.

Three thicknesses, varying lengths
The width of the coil is always 1,250 mm. The length varies depending on the thickness: 10 m for 6 mm, 8 m for 8 mm, and 6 m for 10 mm.

For the standard black version, you can request REMADE® certification when placing your order; this certification attests to a recycled content of 92% and provides documentation that is useful for compliance with the Minimum Environmental Criteria. The melange versions with EPDM are not included in the certification.

Standard black and gray melange finish
The standard version of ECO-GYM ROLL is made of black SBR. Upon request, and subject to a minimum order quantity, melange versions are available , produced by adding 5% or 20% gray EPDM.

06 / Installation
Loose-lay or glued installation
ECO-GYM ROLL must be installed on a flat, clean, and dry subfloor. The flooring can be laid loose or glued down; choose the installation method based on the subfloor, the size of the area, and the conditions of use.
Continuous surface
Reducing Joints
The 1,250-mm width allows for the creation of large surfaces with a limited number of joints, which must be aligned precisely during installation.
Surface-mounted installation
This may be possible depending on the layout of the area and the subfloor.
Gluing
This is possible with an adhesive suitable for rubber flooring.
