The line

What is ECO-KARGRIP

ECO-KARGRIP is the Casei Eco-System product line dedicated to anti-slip solutions made from recycled rubber for securing and stabilizing cargo during transport. The material is placed between the load and the loading surface to increase friction at the contact points and help limit unwanted movement.

The availability of different configurations allows the material to be adapted to the layout of the load: the roll offers greater continuity, the strips allow intervention only under the supports, the mats create localized anti-slip areas , and ECO-COIL TRAP is designed to stabilize coils.

ECO-KARGRIP is not a substitute for the other load securing systems required for transport: it must be considered part of the overall load securing configuration.

Applications

Where It Is Used ECO-KARGRIP

ECO-KARGRIP solutions can be used in a variety of scenarios— , and professional material handling. The size, quantity, and arrangement must be determined based on the load and operating conditions.

Road Transport

For trucks, trailers, and other vehicles used for the professional transport of pallets, crates, machinery, and cargo of various sizes.

trasporto navale

Rail Transport

For rail transport configurations in which load stability and proper management of support points are factors to consider in the preparation of the cargo.

Frequently asked questions

FAQs on ECO-KARGRIP

What are ECO-KARGRIP anti-slip mats used for?

They are placed between the load and the support surface to increase friction at the contact points and help reduce the shifting of the goods during transport.

What is the difference between ROLL, STRIP, and MAT?

ECO-KARGRIP ROLL is supplied in rolls and is recommended when a larger surface area is needed or when the material needs to be cut. STRIP consists of strips designed to be placed under specific contact points, while MAT is available in the form of an anti-slip mat to create localized non-slip areas.

What is ECO-COIL TRAP used for?

ECO-COIL TRAP is a solution designed for load stabilisation of coils and other cylindrical loads. The configuration must be evaluated based on the characteristics and transport conditions of the load.

Is ECO-KARGRIP made from recycled rubber?

Yes. The ECO-KARGRIP product family uses recycled rubber and was developed as a technical, solution for logistics and load securing applications.

What thicknesses are available?

For ECO-KARGRIP ROLL, STRIP, and MAT, various configurations of thickness are available. The current data sheets list values ranging from 3 to 10 mm, depending on the product. Before placing an order, please check the updated technical data sheet at and confirm the availability of the requested configuration.

Are ECO-KARGRIP products compliant with VDI 2700 standards?

The product documentation refers to VDI 2700 standards regarding safety and load securing. For values, test conditions, and applicable documentation, please refer to the individual technical data sheet.

How can I choose the most suitable product?

For an initial assessment, it is helpful to specify the type of goods, weight, geometry of the load, support surface, dimensions of the contact points, and mode of transport. This information allows us to identify the ECO-KARGRIP solution that warrants further consideration.
