ECO-SOFT is a recycled rubber anti-trauma flooring designed to make children’s play spaces safer and more fun. It is ideal for public parks, playgrounds, schools, and all places where it is important to cushion the impact in case of falls from playground equipment.
ECO-SOFT tiles are made from SBR rubber granule sourced mainly from discarded tires, with a grain size between 2 and 4 mm. The surface is draining and non-slip, designed to dry quickly even after rain.
ECO-SOFT complies with the EN 1177 standard, which establishes the safety requirements for impact-absorbing flooring, and with the EN 71-3 standard, related to the chemical safety of materials intended for children. Upon request, it can be supplied with REMADE® certification, useful for public tenders and for compliance with Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM).

ECO-SOFT tiles are available in thicknesses from 30 to 100 mm, each of which corresponds to a specific critical fall height (HIC) according to EN 1177.
There are three sizes available: 500×500 mm, 500×1000 mm and 1000×1000 mm, in both square and rectangular versions. This variety makes it easy to adapt the flooring to any space, large or small.
The texture is highly draining and ensures fast drying. Tiles can be laid in a countertop or flush with the floor. For ramps and edges, ECO-SOFT RAMP accessories are available.

The table shows the standard formats available with their respective HIC value to calculate the correct fall height according to the EN 1177 standard.

Upon customer request, the ECO-SOFT impact-absorbing flooring can be certified according to the REMADE® specifications.
For each standard color, it is possible to know precisely the percentage of recycled material present in the tiles as shown in the table below. When ordering, it is possible to request the relevant certification, which guarantees the traceability of materials and provides the necessary documentation for compliance with the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM), a fundamental requirement for participation in tenders and for orders from public administration.

ECO-SOFT is available in 5 standard colors: black, red, green, light blue, and gray. All colors can be REMADE® certified, ensuring sustainable and traceable use of recycled materials.

The ECO-SOFT impact-absorbing flooring is ideal for:

Installation can be dry laid in place or flush with the pavement for a more integrated finish. In either case, a draining subfloor is recommended.
ECO-SOFT elements can be anchored using holes and dowels. To connect unevenness or perimeters, side ramps and corners from the ECO-SOFT RAMP line are available.

ECO-GYM tiles can be easily cut with a cutter or professional cutting tools to fit along wall perimeters and corners.
