ECO-SOFT: Recycled Rubber Playground Safety Surfacing
ECO-SOFT is modular playground safety surfacing made from recycled SBR rubber, designed for playgrounds, school play areas, and recreational spaces. The product line includes various sizes and thicknesses, allowing the surface to be configured according to the project’s requirements. Impact absorption performance is determined through testing in accordance with UNI EN 1177 and is evaluated based on the specific needs of the area and the equipment installed.

Modular impact protection for play areas
ECO-SOFT is made from recycled rubber granules derived primarily from end-of-life tires. Its elastic, drainage-friendly structure is designed to create surfaces that absorb the impact of accidental falls. The availability of multiple sizes and thicknesses allows the flooring to be configured according to the area, the installed equipment, and the required critical fall height.

ECO-SOFT is available in the following sizes: 500 × 500, 500 × 1000, and 1000 × 1000 mm. For certain configurations, a connection system using holes and pins is provided to join the flooring panels.

Modular Installation and Perimeter Completion
ECO-SOFT can be installed as a surface-mounted system or integrated flush with the flooring, on a stable and properly prepared subfloor. When required by the configuration, the panels can be connected using the system of holes and pins. To connect the edge of the flooring to the surrounding surface, the following elements are available: ECO-SOFT RAMPelements are available, featuring linear ramps and corner pieces.
