An industrial site built around manufacturing
Since 2012, Molino dei Torti has served as the operational hub of Casei Eco-System. The move from the original site in Casei Gerola marked the transition to a larger facility, designed to support the production of finished goods and the evolution of the various product lines.
The site houses production lines, areas for material preparation, inspection and maintenance operations, offices, and warehouses. This proximity makes it possible to link commercial and technical requirements to feasibility studies and the activities actually carried out at the plant.

Slabs, flooring, and engineered products
Molino dei Torti focuses primarily on the production of molded products and flooring made from recycled rubber for various professional applications.
Sports flooring
Weights for gyms, fitness centers, and dedicated training areas, available in various configurations, thicknesses, and finishes.
Playground safety surfacing
Solutions for playgrounds and recreational areas, manufactured in various sizes and thicknesses depending on the intended application.

New Production Lines
Playground Safety Surfacing and Sports Flooring
In 2024, the facility installed a new system for playground safety surfacing. In 2026, the installation of new presses dedicated to sports flooring further expanded the facility’s capacity to handle formats, thicknesses, and configurations tailored to the professional market.
Casei Production Facility
Two facilities, complementary expertise
Monteprandone rounds out its production facilities with lines dedicated primarily to rolls, sheets, and specialized processing. The Casei Eco-System team is available to handle technical and commercial inquiries.
