ECO-GYM TOP is a modular, resilient sports flooring system made from recycled rubber, featuring a compact surface created from ultrafine rubber powder.

Where it is used

Free-weight areas, functional and cross-training areas, indoor fitness spaces, and outdoor installations—to be evaluated based on support, drainage, exposure, and installation.

How is it different?

Compared to a medium-grain plate, it provides a finer finish and reduced drainage. The size, thickness, and fastening method should be selected based on the actual project.

Compact flooring for professional fitness facilities

ECO-GYM TOP is made from ultrafine-grained recycled SBR rubber granules agglomerated with polyurethane resin. Its flat surface promotes adhesion to the substrate; its reduced drainage compared to medium-grained products should be taken into account during design, particularly for outdoor applications.

Surfaces and EPDM Compound

The smooth version has no joints; the second finish simulates four 500 × 500 mm slabs placed side by side. Mixes containing 5% or 20% EPDM are available upon request.

LOCK Version

Mechanical anchoring system

ECO-GYM TOP is also available in a version featuring the LOCK mechanical anchoring system. The connectors link the ultra-fine-finish panels, contributing to the stability of the flooring and maintaining a modular installation.

What sizes and thicknesses are available?

The 1000 × 1000 mm size is available in thicknesses ranging from 10 to 50 mm, including 25 mm; the 500 × 1000 and 500 × 500 mm sizes are available in 30, 40, and 50 mm thicknesses. The 500 × 500 mm size requires a minimum order, and the 10 mm thickness is available only in a seamless version.

Does ECO-GYM TOP absorb water?

Ultrafine grain size reduces permeability compared to medium-grain plates, but this should not automatically be interpreted as impermeability. For outdoor applications, slope, proper drainage, and an assessment of the subgrade are required.

Is ECO-GYM TOP REMADE-certified?

Yes, upon request. The certification indicates the percentage of recycled material—89% for the black version—and is useful for CAM, competitive bids, and public administration. It must be requested at the time of ordering. Versions with EPDM are not included.

How do you clean the floor?
